TFC Recycling is working hard to ensure that your recycling is collected! TFC Recycling was unable to finish all of the Thursday Week Two neighborhoods today. TFC Recycling will collect missed containers tomorrow. TFC Recycling is the city’s third-party recycling vendor. The City of Norfolk’s Waste Management Refuse Collectors cannot service recycling containers.
