Reporting Street Light Outages

Please help us – and your neighbors – keep the street lights shining!

Report street light outages directly to Dominion Energy by phone or online.
Be sure to note the pole number and closest street address or intersection.
Depending on the repair needed, Dominion will post a color-coded wrap indicating the status of the repair and how long it may take to fix.
