The Norfolk Cares Call Center is updating its operating hours. Beginning July 13, Norfolk Cares employees will take your calls between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
You can access Norfolk Cares and request city services 24/7 using the MyNorfolk online portal or mobile app.
