SPSA Update

SPSA’s Norfolk Transfer Station returns to normal operations starting this weekend May 9 & 10.

  • Saturdays 8am – 4pm, with the noon – 4pm timeslot reserved for Norfolk residents only. Household hazardous waste (HHW) will be accepted noon – 4 pm Saturdays also.
  • Sundays noon – 4pm. 

Towing will resume accepting Electronic Waste on Wednesdays, starting on May 13th from 8:00am – 12:00pm.
