Norfolk Public Library & Slover Library: eBooks and materials are available online. Materials due during the closure will receive an extension.
Planning: Review and process permits online (https://norfolkvapermits.force.com/s/login/)
Utilities: Pay bills online (www.hrsd.com). Check payments can be made at convenient dropbox locations. For information go to the Utilities page on Norfolk.gov.
Public Record Requests: process Freedom of Information Act Requests online.
Elections: Register to vote or request an absentee ballot online. Visit Norfolk.gov and click on Voting in Norfolk under the Government tab.
Neighborhood Quality: Inspectors will continue to address exterior housing maintenance and environmental concerns. We will prioritize interior inspections on a case by case basis, addressing health and safety emergencies.
City Treasurer & Commissioner of the Revenue: Access the online customer service portal https://eservices.norfolk.gov/ or mail payments. Information is located on Norfolk.gov
Norfolk Recreation, Parks & Open Space: Citizens can request a refund for classes, before and after care, NFWC membership and rental reservations. Rental Reservations: Lakewood Athletics 441-5834. Before and After School Care: Parents should contact the recreation center where they registered their children. Visit Norfolk.gov/Play. NFWC Memberships: 823-4301.
Police: Citizens can report non-emergencies and non-violent crimes online (https://www.norfolk.gov/3089/Citizens-Online-Reporting-System)
