The Annual Wards Corner Civic League Playground Picnic is happening Saturday, September 7th 12:00pm to 3:00pm at the North Shore Road Playground. The Civic League will be grilling the hot dogs and hamburgers. Bring the family and a dish you would like to share with your neighbors.
We need volunteers the day of the event. The more people that help with set-up, the less each will have to contribute. If you can help, please contact Liz Lockwood at 757-685-6348. Leave a message, she will call back. If you can’t commit in advance, show up at the playground the day of the picnic at 10:30am.
Last year was a great event. So we hope you will all come out again and enjoy the another great day.
