2024 Norfolk Resident Survey
The 2024 Resident survey is designed to gather resident feedback on City programs, services and quality of life.
The resident sampling group selected by ETC Institute, one of the nation’s leading firms in the field of local government research, via mail and online, have received an invitation and instructional letter in the mail along with the survey and a postage prepaid envelope to return the completed survey. The letter also included a link to complete the survey online, if preferred. Residents who have received the survey were asked to take the time to answer every question. This input will influence decisions made about the future of the City of Norfolk.
With all invitations received, the survey is now open for all residents. The survey is available at Norfolk Public Libraries and online.
All survey data is compiled and analyzed by ETC Institute through the end of year. They will present findings to City leadership in late 2024. All individual responses to the survey are kept by ETC Institute to ensure confidentiality.
